WE’RE ON A MISSION: M46 is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to helping restore families. M46 exists to help people discover and practice a better way, The Jesus Way, so that all might experience God’s transformative power and His healing love. Our mission is to help restore families by drawing fathers and children to the heart of God through books, Bible studies, podcasts, speaking events, blogs, and social media.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: It takes a lot to run a ministry, and we believe God is preparing unique individuals with specific skill sets to expand the mission of M46. If you are a dedicated Christ-follower with a heart for family restoration and winning people for the Kingdom of God, then we would love to hear from you about what gifts you may be able to contribute to M46.

WHAT IT TAKES: Each role is flexible and can be done remotely on your schedule in your time zone! Our team lives all over the world, and each person brings something different to the table.

Public/Media Relations

The Need: Someone to craft and send pitches to secure media coverage for M46.

Website Management

The Need: Maintain, update, and improve the M46 website.

Administrative

The Need: Manage the ministry’s email accounts, website inquiries, and other administrative tasks.

Email Marketing Support

The Need: Create and execute email marketing campaigns for M46 with support from Content Manager.

Social Media Support

The Need: Manage and post weekly to M46 social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) with support from Social Media Manager.
